NRP Jones would like to Welcome Lason Secody! We’re excited to have him join the NRP Jones team at our Nephi location.
Lason has a diverse background filled with exciting experiences, including competing in BMX competitions and earning scholarships for his violin skills. He also plays the guitar and piano and enjoys exploring new hobbies. Outside of work, Lason loves great food and spending time with his wife and friends. Traveling is another passion, and after a recent trip to the Bahamas, he’s eager to go back. On weekends, he enjoys spontaneous trips and taking in the beauty of the state.
Lason has spent the last five years dedicated to HR, driven by a passion for making a difference. Lason will be helping drive positive change and building trust at Nephi. One of his proudest accomplishments is reducing turnover from 67% to 26% in just one year. Lason is excited to work on projects related to onboarding improvements, HR and safety compliance, and implementing safety initiatives like first aid kits and protocols.
We’re excited to have Lason as part of the NRP Jones team and look forward to all he will bring to the company. Welcome aboard!
